You represent that you hold standard operating authority (such as a valid UK O-Licence for HGV/PSV ops where required) or run local trade operations. You are fully responsible for all walkaround logs compiled by your drivers and subcontractors under your credentials portfolio.
Our subscriptions are billed monthly on a self-serve, contract-free subscription layout (Solo, Fleet, or custom Pro ranges). We offer a 30-Day Free Trial. No charge is authorized unless you manually select a recurring tier within your workspace dashboard.
While WalkSafe's technology is built completely in alignment with DVSA HGV check lists and standard roadside log structures, you acknowledge that daily vehicle roadworthiness remains the ultimate legal responsibility of the driver and transport operator under UK statutory codes. WalkSafe is a verification tool and does not replace regular mechanical checks, safety inspections, or preventative maintenance schedules.
These Terms and your use of the platform are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your subscription shall reside within the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
